Handshake Hotel
This proposal takes Handshake House further and divides the accommodation into that for managers and that for the managed. This could still be a house for a conventional family, but it is also suited to many other types of non-conventional households and also for new types of tenancy. It could be a bed'n'breakfast, a hospice, a foster home. The living area is open to all available open space, and the managers' accommodation is now part of the service spaces and not in some symbolic position as "head of the house" or "sentinel" but separating that bedroom from the others still has meaning, albeit less.
