Antisocial House II
This is Antisocial House reconfigured as a row house with, in principle, its own elevator. It can still be a building in multiple occupation but the elevator is shared by half as many people whether they are in the same household or not. This reduces the wait time as well as the risk of infection.
The layout is based around the balcony as the means of entrance and the staircase as means of escape. For an extended family occupying the top floors of the building, the staircase functions as a normal domestic stair, with doors opening arbitrarily off the landing as is the norm.
